style=\"font-size:14px\">Partiendo de la posici\u00f3n de la imagen, tumbados sobre un lado, con rodillas en flexi\u00f3n, estiramos los brazos en posici\u00f3n perpendicular al cuerpo y paralelos al suelo y realizamos un movimiento de volteo que comienza con el brazo del hemicuerpo superior y seguir\u00e1 con la rodilla del mismo lado, dibujando un semic\u00edrculo imaginario hasta terminar del otro lado en la misma posici\u00f3n que empezamos pero en el lado opuesto, haremos lo mismo en sentido contrario y repetiremos varias veces.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
