Por ello, los profesionales del \u00e1mbito materno-infantil trabajamos para convertir la ces\u00e1rea en un procedimiento m\u00e1s humanizado y respetado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El concepto de <strong>ces\u00e1rea humanizada<\/strong> incluye todas aquellas adaptaciones que podemos realizar antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de la ces\u00e1rea, para transformarla en una forma de nacimiento lo m\u00e1s parecido a un proceso fisiol\u00f3gico; de este modo la ces\u00e1rea se convierte en un procedimiento centrado en la mujer y su familia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estos cambios, adem\u00e1s de mejorar la experiencia de las familias, tambi\u00e9n se favorece el v\u00ednculo madre-beb\u00e9 y la lactancia materna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> As\u00ed queremos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-punts-blaus wp-block-list\"><li>Que siempre que sea posible, la mujer pueda estar acompa\u00f1ada a quir\u00f3fano por quien ella desee, al igual que pasar\u00eda en un parto vaginal. <\/li><li>Favorecer un ambiente amable y respetado en quir\u00f3fano: evitar ruidos, poner m\u00fasica escogida por la familia, procurar que todo el personal implicado en la atenci\u00f3n a la mujer se presente <\/li><li>Que la mujer pueda observar el nacimiento del beb\u00e9: una vez iniciada la extracci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9 se puede ofrecer a la mujer ya su acompa\u00f1ante presenciar el nacimiento <\/li><li>Piel con piel en quir\u00f3fano: si la adaptaci\u00f3n del reci\u00e9n nacido es correcta, \u00e9ste puede tener contacto directo piel con piel con la madre justo despu\u00e9s del nacimiento. En caso de que no sea posible el contacto madre-beb\u00e9, ofrecemos esta opci\u00f3n al acompa\u00f1ante <\/li><li>Contacto madre-beb\u00e9 mantenido e inicio de la lactancia: si la situaci\u00f3n lo permite, no se separan la madre y el beb\u00e9 en las horas posteriores al nacimiento y se promueve el inicio de la lactancia materna en aquellas mujeres que lo deseen. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>Los profesionales del \u00e1mbito materno-infantil de CST trabajamos d\u00eda a d\u00eda para mejorar la experiencia del nacimiento. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Abril es el mes escogido por la OMS para visibilizar y tomar conciencia sobre la ces\u00e1rea humanizada.
