Ambas en colaboraci\u00f3n entre el Servicio de Urolog\u00eda y el de Cirug\u00eda Pl\u00e1stica del CST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas t\u00e9cnicas, que hasta hace poco se derivaban a un centro de tercer nivel como la Fundaci\u00f3 Puigvert, ya se realizan en el Consorci Sanitari de Terrassa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La estenosis uretral es una cicatriz en el epitelio uretral que afecta muchas veces al tejido esponjoso subyacente. Cuando esta cicatriz obstruye el paso de salida de la orina desde la vejiga se producen s\u00edntomas urinarios, generalmente obstructivos. Las causas de esta cicatrizaci\u00f3n an\u00f3mala uretral son m\u00faltiples y generalmente secundarias a traumatismos externos o instrumentales oa infecciones uretrales locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2018 el Servicio de Urolog\u00eda, junto con el Servicio de Cirug\u00eda Pl\u00e1stica del CST, comenz\u00f3 un programa de Cirug\u00eda Reconstructiva Uretral con diferentes t\u00e9cnicas de reconstrucci\u00f3n utilizando, seg\u00fan el tipo de estenosis, longitud y localizaci\u00f3n de la misma, diversas cirug\u00edas pl\u00e1sticas uretrales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El CST realiz\u00f3 el pasado mes de mayo dos intervenciones de estenosis uretral complejas: una con un injerto libre de mucosa bucal y otra con un colgajo pediculado.
